I'm Rahul Saini, a Performance Marketer and Founder of DYNOR, building an Indian premium streetwear brand while sharing what I learn along the way.
I was born in Mahar Kalan, Jaipur, and like many students, I initially imagined a fairly straightforward path for my career.
I prepared for JEE, but I didn't clear it.
At the time, it felt like failure.
Today, I see it differently.
It wasn't the end of the journey. It was a redirection.
I went on to pursue B.Sc. Mathematics from the University of Rajasthan, and during that phase I started exploring different career paths.
Eventually, I discovered digital marketing.
I started my professional career in digital marketing in 2022.
What attracted me to performance marketing was the combination of creativity, technology and numbers. You could build an idea, put it in front of people, measure what happened and improve it.
Over time, I worked with companies, agencies and brands across different industries. Each experience taught me something different, about advertising, customers, strategy, growth and business.
Understanding the business before running campaigns.
Turning attention into measurable outcomes.
Understanding why people choose to buy.
Connecting marketing with real business growth.
Working in performance marketing changed the way I looked at businesses. I stopped seeing brands only as a customer.
I started looking behind the scenes, at positioning, acquisition, customer behaviour, creative strategy, pricing and revenue.
And eventually, I wanted to experience the other side. I wanted to build something of my own.
The idea of starting a clothing brand didn't come from a random business plan. It came from experience.
While working on a project related to a clothing store, I got an opportunity to understand the apparel business more closely.
I started learning about fabrics, GSM, fits, designs, manufacturing, sampling, production, packaging and supply chains.
And then a simple question came to me:
Building a product is very different from marketing one.
As a performance marketer, I was used to campaigns, creatives, audiences, budgets and conversions. As a founder, every detail suddenly mattered.
We started talking to manufacturers, exploring fabrics, testing samples, working on designs and slowly putting the brand together from scratch.
DYNOR is built around individuality. For people who don't always want to follow the crowd. For creators, explorers and free thinkers.
The idea is simple: what you wear can be an expression of who you are.
Every person has different experiences, personalities and perspectives.
Building DYNOR has been my opportunity to move from marketing brands to building one.
It's challenging. It's exciting. And it's teaching me something every day.
I don't have everything figured out. I'm building, learning, testing and improving as I go.
DYNOR officially launched on 9 March 2026.
What started as an idea became a real brand.
Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, growth and performance marketing.
Building an Indian premium streetwear and modern apparel brand.
Sharing lessons, experiments, entrepreneurship and the real journey behind building.
"You don't need to have everything figured out.
You just need to keep moving."
JEE didn't work out.
My first plan didn't work out.
But the journey continued.
Sometimes the path that feels like a setback is simply taking you somewhere you hadn't imagined.
I'm always open to connecting with marketers, founders, creators, builders and people working on interesting ideas.
